The Galaxy Arm has been designed for Optimized Performance throughout its lifting range. The Coaxial Stainless-Steel Springs and high-quality bearings every single joint in the arm provide for an Ultra Smooth shot while you follow the subject. The arm absorbs all jerks, bumps and shakes on even the roughest terrains while you walk or even run. The Galaxy Arm has Soft Bumpers at each end of travel so that the arm can be boomed right to its limits without shot-disturbing clunks.

THE MOST COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE GALAXY VEST
While the Galaxy Arm absorbs all shocks and bumps while you move, the Galaxy Vest works to take the load of the stabilizer off your hands and distributes it across your body preventing arm and shoulder fatigue. The vest is made up of breathable materials and has a double padding of soft high-quality foam for an extremely comfortable experience enabling you to shoot for longer duration. The Vest fits snugly on almost all body types by simply adjusting the straps on the Vest.

USER FRIENDLY DESIGN FOR EASY OPERATION
While designing the Galaxy Arm, our main focus was to make the Arm one of the most User-Friendly arm available today. The Arm consists of Spring Tension Adjustment knobs to adjust the elasticity of the springs and precisely calibrate it according to different setups you might want to use with the arm. Another feature of the arm that makes it unique is the option to easily interchange the arm from Right Hand Operation to Left Hand Operation.

Q : What are the minimum and maximum chest and waist sizes the vest will fit ?

  Ans : The Vest will fit to the sizes as follows :
  Minimum Chest Size : 38 inches
  Minimum Waist Size : 28 inches

  Maximum Chest Size : 52 inches
  Maximum Waist Size : 60 inches

Q : Can I put larger cameras or just a dslr ?

  Ans : Yes, you can put a variety of cameras as this arm and vest will perfectly work for total weight up to 10kg(21lbs). We provide two springs with the Galaxy Arm, Blue marked spring is for 1-5kg and the Red marked spring is for 5-10kgs. It does take time and practice to learn but the vest and arm will help with fatigue and getting steady shots. The build quality is surprisingly good.

Q : Do the vest and arm help with stabilization?

  Ans : Yes it does help, however the most important part of stabilization is first balancing the camtree initially. That would mean placing all items that will be used on the day of shooting (ie, Monitor, Battery, Camera, Lens, Wires, additional mounts, etc) for proper accuracy in the balancing process. It will take some time to correctly balance, but once you have the correct balance of the stabilizer, the arm and vest will be extremely helpful the final stabilization.

Q : Will this work with a glidecam 4000 and hd series?

  Ans : Yes, it will perfectly work with your glidecam stabilizer.

Q : What is the shipping weight of this kit? it does not include table champ? thanks!

  Ans : The shipping weight is around 23lbs or 11kg. It does not come with a table clamp.

Q : Does the Stabilizer comes with the vest ?

  Ans : No, It comes with an Arm and Vest only. The Camtree stabilizer is

  ‘NOT INCLUDED’ in this kit.

Q : What is the diameter of the main shaft?

  Ans : The main shaft (spool adapter) has the diameter of 16mm. We provide two bushes to add onto it to make it easily adaptable to the stabilizers with the handle’s inner diameter of 19mm and 22mm.

Q : Does the vest have a carrying case too?

  Ans : No, The vest doesn’t come in a carry case.

Q: Is it returnable for a full refund if it doesn’t meet my expectations upon delivery?

  Ans: Yes, absolutely. We always backup our sales. In case, you don't like the product take it back within 14 days and you get a 100% refund.

Q: What is the warranty?

  Ans: We provide 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Items which are covered by the warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer. I was extremely surprised to find this box sitting in my house this morning. Speed of shipping ludicrously fast. I give it 5 stars across the board, but that's only because I just received it today. I'll have to come back and rate that section later. Reasonably priced and accessible for lower budget Productions. Hopefully it lasts for a while

    We have not tested this with a firearm, but as long as it is under the 10kg weight limit it should be good to go.

  • Looking to adapt my flycam galaxy to add a steadimate-RS for my Ronin RS2 gimbal. The mount needs a 1/2in post instead of the 16mm. Do you have a replacement post that is 1/2in or an adapter to step the 16mm down to 1/2in?

    Currently we only have the 16mm post (minimum) for Flycam Galaxy Steadycam Arm & Steadycam Vest (GLXY-AV)

    Yes, DJI RS3 Gimbal can be directly mounted on Flycam Galaxy Arm & Vest either with the help of the Flycam Gimbal Adapter ( FLCM-GA) or can use Flycam G-Axis Stabilizer (FLCM-GAXS).

    There is 1/4"-20 Mounting thread present in the DJI RS 3 Pro which he can connect with the plate of FLCM-GA or FLCM-GAXS.
